(RECRUIT)

We spend a great deal of our time evangelizing. This means we present Christ in compelling ways to transform lives. Ideally, these transformed lives become laborers in Kingdom work. We get to do this in elementary and high schools all over Panama and Central America. We also minister in the streets. This is where we are praying for increased creativity in the near future.

(DEPLOY)

Finally, we deploy. Those who have been recruited and adequately equipped are commissioned to the toughest mission fields on the planet. They go where Christ’s name has NEVER been uttered, where it is illegal to speak it, and where they risk their lives to share HIS transformational love. We know that God would have our Latin-American brothers and sisters go where we cannot in order to see the world won. We are doing everything in our human strength to get them there.

(EQUIP)

Those who are recruited need resources to fulfill the call they are answering. We do this through our leadership training school (formerly Master’s Commission). Our students complete an intensely accelerated Bible School curriculum while engaging in hands on experience (i.e., recruiting, equipping and commissioning) and radical mentoring. They must be skilled laborers to be efficient and effective.
